Wildernest is a landscape design studio specializing in sustainable gardens in Southern California. I’ll evaluate your space and provide a customized design plan for you or your landscape team to install. With my horticultural experience, I’ll pick the right plant for the right place to minimize plant loss.

HOW IT’S DONE
1. THE BRIEF: Day 1
It all begins with a video call where you share your hopes for your new garden and what’s most important to you.
2. R&D: Weeks 1-2
With photos and measurements, I’ll evaluate your garden. I’ll choose a design to complement your home and the right plants for the right place.
3. REVIEW: Weeks 2-3
After reviewing your feedback of the preliminary design concept, I’ll make final touches to your Wildernest Design.
4. THE PLAN: Weeks 3-4
I deliver the goods: a digital and printed copy of your completed CAD conceptual plan to share with your landscape contractor to bring your new garden to life.

"We were delighted with the wonderfully creative design for a "problem-child" section of our garden that Rocsana and her company, Wildernest, came up with. Enthusiastic, patient and always respectful of her client's wishes, Rocsana proposed a reimagined version of the section, which gets blasted with direct sunlight, which was more than our previous flower-bed arrangement could handle. Rocsana helped us to reconfigure the section as an ideal space for hardy succulents and other low-water plants.
